A charming set of eight 19th century Country French Louis XV style carved ladder back side chairs from Normandy, circa 1890s. Hand crafted from walnut, each of these antique dining chairs is decorated with "C" scrolls and foliate motifs on the apron. Raised on front legs having a pretty cabriole shape ending in scrolled French toes and rear swept legs. Original rush slip seats for easy cleaning. Sturdy and ready for everyday use.
