Late 19th century French Louis XVI style commode having a contemporary three dimensional illusion French Art Deco cube pattern painted in shades of light blue, black, and white, circa 1890s. Rectangular top over three drawers with original circular iron pulls and iron lozenge shaped escutcheons. Raised on short tapered legs. This handsome painted chest of drawers is perfect as a bedside chest or could be converted into a vanity. Was a pair. Only one available now.
