A mini 19th century French glazed earthenware kouglof cake mold from the Alsace region in Northern France, circa 1890s. This small terracotta bundt cake or baking mold is used to bake the delicious yeast base cakes, often with raisins, that Alsace is known for. This distinctive circular bundt cake mold diffuses the heat evenly and can be also be used for baking savarin, brioche, or charlottes. Kouglofs can also be used as fruit or vegetable bowls and will add a bit of French Country charm to any kitchen.
