18th Century Hand Carved Italian Baroque Giltwood Altar Candelabra
A spectacular 18th century hand carved Italian Baroque giltwood altar candelabra, circa 1780s. This large nine-light candelabra lamp features an opulent pierced giltwood design with a richly carved center urn flanked by elaborate scrolls and foliate ending in metal bobeches with waxed candles. Raised on a plinth base. Can be hung on the wall also. Was electrified at one time.
