Antique French Louis XV style serpentine commode sauteuse handcrafted of solid walnut in Nimes, circa early 1900s. This lovely petite commode has two drawers single drawers with faux drawer facades and original gilt bronze hardware above a carved, shaped apron resting on cabriole legs ending in pieds de biche. It retains its beautiful rich, original color and patina and has a fresh French polish that allows the wood to shine.
