RARE FRENCH GRAPEVINE ROOT BARSTOOL
Item # LFALO2348
A rare French bar stool made during the 1950s in Bordeaux from a sarment de vigne, which translates to "vine shoot" in English. The seat was made of solid walnut. French designers and decorators often used this type of rustic grapevine root furniture during the 1950s and 60s. Definitely a conversation piece.
