French pastry or butcher's table with a cast and wrought iron base featuring decorative brass elements and a marble top. Some were used to prepare meat, while others were reserved as presentation tables in the shop's window to display the best cuts of meat. Often referred to as pastry tables, the primary purpose of these beautiful tables was for use in a butcher shop. Made in France.
