Antique Country French Louis XV period buffet handcrafted by skilled Normandie artisans of solid cherrywood, having a rectangular top with chamfered front corners with carved vases of flowers below, flanking two drawers with an inlaid star motif between them. Two paneled and moulded doors with a center reeded stile above a carved, shaped apron, the interior with a centered shelf. Raised on short cabriole legs. This charming 18th century buffet has its original hand-forged iron locks and keys with artisan made escutcheons and pulls and boasts a beautiful patina that comes with centuries of age.
