Pair of late 19th century French Louis XVI style commodes having a contemporary three dimensional illusion French Art Deco cube pattern painted in shades of light blue, black, and white, circa 1890s. Rectangular top over three drawers with original circular iron pulls and iron lozenge shaped escutcheons. Raised on short tapered legs. These handsome painted chests of drawers are perfect as bedside chests or could be converted into vanities.
