Antique Country French 8-day comtoise case clock. Circa mid-1800s. Oak case. This charming longcase clock houses an enameled dial with Roman numerals and stamped brass hands. It features the clock maker's name Eas Hagneaux and the town it was made á Coudres. Pediment fronton of thin repousse depicts a cornucopia urn flanked by birds. The lower case features a hand carved flower basket. Normandy, France. All clocks in working order.
